SunPuffs ships vaping products to adult customers across Canada from our base in Calgary, Alberta. Orders are dispatched within five business days of being placed, with three shipping speeds available at checkout and same-day delivery in two Alberta cities.
Because vaping products are age-restricted, delivery works differently from ordinary parcels. A signature is required, valid government-issued photo identification must be shown to confirm age of majority, and packages cannot be left unattended. Plan for someone of legal age to be present when the courier arrives.

Vaping products are age-restricted in every province and territory, and verification does not end at checkout.
Arranging for a recipient of legal age to be available avoids a failed delivery and the fees attached to it.
Tracking. Orders are dispatched with tracking, and details are issued once the parcel leaves our facility.
Returns. Products purchased on sunpuffs.ca can be returned and refunded provided they are in original sealed condition. Opened or used items are final sale — a necessary condition for sealed vaping devices. Refunds are processed within five business days of a return being initiated, with a further five business days after the returned item is received.
Warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase and photographic evidence. The warranty does not cover negligence, modification, misuse, or damage caused by non-SunPuffs products.

What we can ship depends on where you live. Flavour rules are set provincially, not federally.
Federal rules apply everywhere — including the 20 mg/mL nicotine cap, bilingual labelling, child-resistant packaging and excise stamp requirements.
A: It depends on the shipping option selected. Regular delivery is estimated at 3–10 business days, Xpresspost at 1–3 business days, and Priority at 1 business day. Same-day delivery is available in Calgary and Edmonton between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. MT. All estimates run from dispatch rather than from when the order is placed, and orders ship within five business days. Rural, northern and territorial addresses generally sit at the longer end of each range.
A: Yes. A signature is required on delivery, and valid government-issued photo identification must be presented to confirm you meet the age of majority in your province. Packages are not left unattended. The minimum age is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, 19 in most other provinces and territories, and 21 in Prince Edward Island. If age verification cannot be completed, the parcel is returned and non-refundable return fees apply.
A: SunPuffs ships Canada-wide, but what can be delivered depends on your province. Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut restrict retail sales to tobacco flavour, with Quebec also restricting mint and menthol. Ontario, British Columbia and Saskatchewan limit non-tobacco flavours to licensed specialty retailers. Alberta, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Yukon have no additional provincial flavour restriction.
A: Free shipping applies to Canadian orders above a published minimum, calculated before taxes. The current threshold is shown at checkout and on the shipping, refunds and warranty page. Orders below the threshold are charged standard shipping rates, which vary by the delivery speed selected — Regular, Xpresspost or Priority. Same-day delivery in Calgary and Edmonton, and local pickup in both cities, are handled separately from standard shipping.
A: Yes. Orders are dispatched with tracking, and tracking details are issued once the parcel leaves our facility. Note that the dispatch window and the delivery window are separate: orders ship within five business days of being placed, and the courier estimate applies from that point. If a tracked parcel appears delayed beyond its estimate, our contact page is the route for order enquiries.
